Both feature films and short films are welcome, making it a truly inclusive celebration of cinematic talent.

September 6th & 7th
Held at the Royal Marine Hotel in Dun Laoghaireon September 6th & 7th, this festival is a hotbed of cinematic excitement and pop culture fervor. Open to both short films and feature films, it attracts talent from far and wide, fostering an environment of creativity and competition. But that's not all – the festival also features a Comic Con element, adding an extra layer of excitement and immersion for attendees.
May The 4th Sci Fi Film Festival

Set against the breathtaking backdrop of Portmagee and Valentia Island along the Skellig Coast, the festival pays homage to the iconic filming locations used in "The Force Awakens" and "The Last Jedi." From independent sci-fi filmmakers to dedicated fans, everyone is welcome to join the celebration. The festival culminates in an awards ceremony at the Royal Hotel Valentia Island, recognizing the brilliance of sci-fi filmmaking in all its forms.
