Q&A With Cathal Nally

Cathal Nally is an award winning and nominated short film Director, Writer and Producer.Cathal studied Media Production in St Kevin’s College, Crumlin and after that went on to study Television Production in Ballyfermot College until 2002. He then worked in the industry; building production and directing skills on several low budget films. Cathal’s films have screened at the 56th Cork Film Festival, 5th Waterford Film Festival, 10th Clones Film Festival, Underground Film Festival 2011and the 2009 Mid-Ulster Film Festival.Cathal has directed four short films, including ‘Voices’, for which he won Best Director at the 2011 Underground Cinema Festival. Cathal is also a member of the Screen Directors Guild of Ireland
